Booking my exam was really quick, and the proctor setup was no big deal at all. These online exam things are usually such a hassle for everyone, but this one went smoothly.

The bill was mostly right, but I did end up going back through it because a couple of charges weren’t super clear at first. I figured they were probably standard fees or something tied to the order, but I still had to double-check, which was a little annoying.
The payment did go through eventually, so nothing was actually wrong in the end, but it felt slower than I expected. I also assumed the receipt or confirmation would come through a bit cleaner than it did. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not especially smooth either. 3 stars feels about right...

I used aapc.com mostly for practice questions and last-minute review before my exam, it felt like I was piecing together the little tricks they don’t exactly advertise. The practice questions showed me where my weak spots were and helped me spot the patterns they seem to sneak into the real test. I passed on my first try, so whatever they’re doing over there, it worked for me.
"Helpful, but the costs add up"
aapc definitely has a lot of useful resources, and I do think the membership can be worth it if you’re actually using the forums, discounts, and other perks. But am I the only one who feels like the yearly fee gets expensive quickly? Once you add exams, courses, and everything else on top, it really starts to feel like a lot, especially if you’re paying out of pocket. Overall, I’d say it’s decent value, just not exactly cheap...

"Shipping was kind of hit or miss"
The materials did show up complete, so that was good, but the shipping took longer than I expected. I was starting to wonder where everything was, then it finally arrived. Nothing was missing, which matters most, but yeah, the timing was just okay.

"CEU tracking feels more confusing than it should"
I mostly use aapc for keeping up with my CEUs, and the tracking part has been kind of a headache. Like, I’ll finish something and then keep checking to see if the credits posted, and sometimes they take forever to show up, so then I’m sitting there wondering if I missed a step or if the system is just slow. It’s also not super clear what’s still missing, which makes it more stressful than it needs to be. Support did help me eventually, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process shouldn’t feel this confusing just to track credits.

"forum has been really helpful"
i mostly end up using aapc.com for the community forum. there are tons of real coding questions already answered, and the replies usually explain things in a way that actually makes sense. the site can feel a little cluttered sometimes, but i still find it really useful.

"Wish I hadn’t had to cancel, but the refund was painless"
I ended up having to cancel my order, which I felt bad about because I had been looking forward to it. I was expecting the whole refund process to be a pain, but it was actually super easy. Customer support got back to me quickly, and the money showed up a few days later. No annoying back and forth, no surprise fees. Definitely appreciated how simple they made it

I used AAPC to look up course and exam details, and overall it was decent. Some of the pages had the info I needed and explained it well, but other sections felt kind of scattered. I ended up clicking around more than I expected, almost like it was easier than some sites but not as...
The biggest thing for me was that the next steps weren’t always super clear. Dates, what happens after you sign up, and what to expect could be laid out better. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the answers didn’t always fully clear things up. It wasn’t a bad experience, just one that could be a lot smoother.

I needed my certificate and expected the process to be a bit of a headache, but it went really smoothly. Everything arrived on time, and the documents were clear enough for me to understand without having to chase anyone down. Overall, it was an easy experience.

"Decent local chapter experience, but a little hit or miss"
I went to a few aapc local chapter meetings, and overall it was okay. Some of the speakers were genuinely helpful and shared useful info, but a couple of sessions felt a bit unorganized. I did like the networking side of it and met some nice people, so that part was worth it. I just wish the updates and scheduling were clearer because it made things harder to keep up with than they needed to be.

Signing up on AAPC was easy. I found the course I needed, made my account, and just followed the steps. Everything was clear enough, clear enough that I didn’t have to stop and figure out what to do next.
The payment went through fine, and I got my confirmation email quickly. I didn’t have to call anyone, didn’t have to wait around, and that was nice. Overall, it was just a smooth and simple process.

The live class times worked well with my work schedule, which made a big difference. I was able to keep up without feeling like I was constantly behind or stressed. I’m usually skeptical about customer service if issues come up, so I was glad I didn’t really have to rely on them much

I use aapc.com for my course materials and to check my account, and for the most part it works okay. The site usually loads fine and I can get to what I need eventually. That said, I’m a bit disappointed with how some of the menus are set up. A few things feel like they should be easier to find, and I sometimes have to click around more than I’d like. It’s not a terrible experience, but I do wish the layout was clearer and a little more user-friendly

"AAPC helped me move forward in my career"
I used aapc.com to prep for my CPC certification, i’m really glad I did. The study materials were easy to follow, and the practice tests gave me a much better idea of what to expect on the actual exam. It definitely took work and discipline, but getting certified made me feel way more confident applying for coding jobs. I feel like the certification has real value, and it genuinely helped me take the next step in my career. I’d definitely use AAPC again if I decide to go for another certification down the road.

They got the apprentice tag removed in the end, but it took longer than I expected. It wasnt a bad experience, just kind of slower than I hoped.
